Research contracts

LISN contributes to the production of knowledge in its disciplinary fields.

To meet socio-economic and societal needs and expectations, LISN is committed to

• to advance knowledge and understanding of fundamental mechanisms;
• to develop innovative applied research in partnership with industry and major organizations.

For many years, the laboratory has maintained numerous scientific collaborations with universities, public research organizations (CEA, INRIA, etc.), Grandes Écoles and international partners (University of Aachen, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany, Imperial College in London, Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden, Danmarks Tekniske Universitet er Danmarks in Denmark, etc.). …), but also with a network of small and medium-sized regional or national companies, some of which were created by former LISN trainees or doctoral students. Whenever possible, these partnerships are associated with theses, and many of them have resulted in patents, software, awards or distinctions.
