Bioinfo

The Bioinfo group designs and develops new computational methods to tackle biological problems in an effective and original way. Its members’ skills are diverse and include statistics, machine learning, simulation, algorithms, combinatorics, knowledge representation and databases.

The group always collaborates with biologists and medical doctors, and is also heavily involved in the Paris-Saclay University DATAIA Artificial Intelligence Institute, as well as in the BIMMM, IFM and MaDICS GDRs.
